For games played on Saturday 13th of November at Craigieburn Sport Stadium + Aitken Creek Primary School:

Please read through the following guidelines carefully to ensure that we are all abiding by the COVID Safe Practices set by our governing bodies. Please remember when entering the venues to please act respectfully to those that are working at the venue, they along with us are doing our best to ensure a safe return to basketball for our kids and families.

- A limit of 1 spectator per player is allowed.

- Dependent siblings under the age of 12 are permitted but only if absolutely necessary.
We are trying to limit the number of people in the stadium and if your children can be looked after by someone else or your child can be brought to their game with someone else this should happen before you bring your whole family to the stadium. This falls in-line with the directive to operate community sport with the minimum numbers required.

- Vaccination requirements don’t apply to community sport. We will not be checking anyone’s vaccination status.

- Anyone that enters the stadium will be asked to show that they have “checked in” via the QR code before they are allowed entry. There will be a manual option for those that don’t have a smart phone.

- If at any stage the number of spectators on any one court is higher than 30, the game will be stopped, and the coaches and team managers will be asked to ask people to leave.

- We will be enforcing a lock-out system between games and only opening the doors 5 mins before each game’s start time.

- There is to be no movement between courts. Spectators must choose the court they will watch and only stay at that court for the duration of their time in the stadium. (Access to toilet facilities is permitted)

- All patrons are asked to enter and exit as quickly as possible to allow for easy change over between games.

- No coloured drinks are allowed in the stadium at Aitken Creek Primary School only water drinks are permitted.

- Masks are mandatory for all patrons over 12 years of age at all times unless medically exempt. Players, coaches and referees are exempt while on court participating in an exertive role.
